It's the Start

With the last day of June it is finally sunk in that summer is here. The weather is rediculously hot so I spend most the day sleeping and I'm out at night. I don't think I can go to sleep earlier then 12:30 anymore. Ever. I tried to go to sleep last night at 12:30 but I lay awake just unable to sleep, so I went onto the computer and managed to recover one of my cd's that I scratched to hell. Took me until 3, but by then I was sleepy.
July: My favorite month of the year. Not only is my birthday in it, but everything good seems to happen in it. I guess everyone must be in a good mood. my mom just told me that for my birthday she's going to get me a tattoo. Which is awesome cause I've been wanting one for a long time, however the one I originally wanted was going to cost way to much, and I decided to go with something a little more simple. So I'll be getting a tattoo around my birthday which is going to be sweet. I think the greatest of July is all in that it is the 7th month. My being is all kinda revolved around 7's. Born on the 7th month, on the 27th, in 1987, at 7:07am. even my SSN is composed of nearly 50% 7's. Crazy isn't it. Even though Red isn't my favorite color Ruby just seem to look the best out of all the gems. So July is just plain sweetawesome.
Now that I have post my birthday on my blog, I should point out, DON'T BUY ME SOMETHING FOR ME BIRTHDAY. If you argue with that, thats fine I don't mind getting presents, but I don't like that fact that people are sometimes obligated to buy a gift. If you find something that I'll love then go for it, but don't feel like you have to buy or do anything for me.
the perfect gift for anyone I think would be something that they will look back on in a year or two and say proudly, "{insert name here} got this for me a few years ago, it's amazing"
In Other news, Germany Beat Argintina today 4-2 in shootouts. It was a great game. As much I don't want it to happen cause they are a bunch of Divers, I'm rooting for Germany to win the World Cup.
Now to continue waiting around the house until FedEx arrives. I finally got them to come and pick up the sword that was broken on delivery. So I'll be getting another one quite soon. yay. The Swords of Legend will soon be in my possession! And I shall reap all the rewards that come from it.
Until then though.

Lan Parties: Now and Forever

First of all, I'm just off work, done my rotation, so now I've got 48 hours of freedom! Definetly needed. And now to what this post is actually about

yesterday, Lewis Chris, Gregiore and Myself had a LAN Party. it started out as me arriving with my computer. But we had no router, so instead of starting the video games right away, we played D&D with Spencer, Glenn, rick and Nick. Much fun, my character is much fun to play cause he is not wise at all. After some campaigning and such, we started trying to get everything set up, but because we didn't even start setting up unitl like 1, it wasn't ready until like 3 am. But that was of course due to me overlooking something that I didn't even think of. The game we were playing we different versions. So after all that we got it started. Drank a couple Beer, kicked each others asses in Starcraft. oh good times. When I left, it was daytime... again. So i really havn't slept at all. and I'm soon to head out to play D&D once more. But this time I will be getting some sleep.

So Because this party was great fun, we are having another one. It's either going to be on July 1st, or Second. If Anyone is interesting in coming, to either play or just to hang out thats cool. I'll post more details on the Local and specifics a little later. however, if you are wanting to play you must have the following available to bring: A computer tower, Monitor, keyboard and mouse. you may also bring Speakers, Powerbars (Good idea), Ethernet cable (Good Idea) and if anyone can bring a router they might get something cool, and any multiplayer game. Right now the prefereds are a First person Shooter, Or A real time Stategy. If your interested let me know, and I will be sure you know all the info.

to sum it all up

A day of Days

I'm impressed. I actually accomplished a lot in one day. So it started like any other just waking up at noon, getting ready and whatnot. And I started my Trek to Qualicum to Visit Amber. It was great fun, we walked along the beach which was quite nice, I don't often get the chance to walk along beaches. Last time I was quite gone, so it wasn't a very fun walk cause the beach was long. I caught up with Amber for a while before we went out to lunch. We ate at lefty's which is great cause I'm left handed, and they had all the great stuff for leftys. The food was decent but the service wasn't. Took a while before we got drinks, and the waitress asked me if I would like more water, and I said yes, and then she left and didn't come back for a long long time. Amber then made me watch the Big Labowski which was a weird movie until everything sort of tied together. So it was good. Like Fight Club kind of deal, that movie was horrible up until the end when everything tied together, then it was amazing. And after that we watched Corpse Bride. I was very skeptical cause of mixed things I've heard about it, but it was quite good. Music wasn't nearly as good as the nightmare before Christmas though. But it was good.
The journey home was good, listened to my Hard Rock and Rocked out!
After getting home I got in touch with Lewis and Katrina and Rose, and the four of us went out to play pool. It was marvalous. Except we sucked during the second game that took over an hour to play. it was rediculous. But Rose was the unexpected undefeated champion of pool. It's been a while since I've been at that pool hall so I really enjoyed myself. Pool is one of the funniest games to play for me. *grin*.
After that we made milkshake, another long time for that one too, though the combanation of ingredients were odd it was surprizingly good. there was butterscotch caramilk icecream, milk, coconut and Carob Power, but it was a good milkshake. A little different but I would order one from a store it was that good. After our milkshakes, Katrina went to bed so Rose, Lewis and I went out for a nice stroll to the Dam. It was an amazing night, so clear, stars were out. Its the kinda night that could be described as romantic. So we sat at the dam for a while, Lewis regaled us with the story of the Dam Demon. And then we walked back and I drove Rose home. it was a good night. This is how all my days off should be.
on a lighter note, my swords and crap still havn't arrive, and I am getting angry. Well that wasn't much on the lighter side, but if it were in note form, there would be very much so it would be light, as in weigh. Ramble Ramble Ramble

The First of the Swords of Legend

So the first of my swords have arrived. Now this sword isn't like those magical swords of legend that are described in the Complete book of Swords. Though I wish it was one of those swords, maybe like Coinspiner, or Sightblinder, both of those I think would be amazing. But To bad that will never happen. I was quite angered actually, when I opened the box, it was already broken. So now Fedex is going to come by some time soon and process a claim. The second of my swords should be arriving either tomorrow or the day after, and that one is quite nice. It's an ornate sword, kind of a cross between a Tanto and Wakazashi, but it is two swords the they sheath into each other which is pretty damn awesome.
Work has just been that. Work. Nothing really interesting about it, except my plan to escape capture was a complete success. So no trouble to me:D.
Tomorrow I'm heading up to Qualicum to hang out with Amber for a little bit, good thing I talked to her too, cause I complete forgot about the Date of Jordan's party, so I would've shown up Last Friday, which probably would've been odd.
I figured I might just update since I don't have anything better to do, and nothing really has been super interesting enough to blog about. So meh, Woot.

The Red Button Effect

okay, so you have just been placed into a room with a red button that says "Do not push" what is your first thought. Personally I would think that I shouldn't push it, however, after some time of being in this room I would start to wonder what would happen if I did. Ultimetly I think I'd push the button and see what happens.
Has any of you had a Door that you were never allowed to go through. And that no one you know has ever had the chance of seeing the other side. What would you do if you finally had the opportunity to go through that door of yours and what would be on the other side.
I attempted that today. In the Booth of the Galaxy, there is a door, that no one has ever opened. The door reads
This door is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
The Maglock will release upon 1st stage fire alarm
The Maglock can only be disengaged by authorized personal
So naturally I never thought twice about this door until today. Someone who is doing electical work for the entire mall wanted to have access to this door, so we went to open it. Now Kelsey being "authorized personal" I didn't think we'd have a problem. We were worried that some sort of alarm would go off or sprinklers would turn on or something to that extent. But after a bit of procrastination we slammed the door open with enthusiasm. And do you know what we got. A locked door. There was another door behind it, that was locked, same kind of Maglock as the first door, but the key just wouldn't work. Now I'm baffled. I WANT TO KNOW WHATS BEHIND THAT DOOR. It's just going to tear the whole space time apart if I don't know. They might as well put me into a room with that giant red button and expect me not to push it. Theres probably nothing on the other side, but this is why the phrase Curiosity killed that cat came into play.

Peer Pressured

Well everyone else is doing is, lets go with the flow. Just like The Queens of the Stoneage told me to.

Name 21 people you can think of right off the top of your head..Dont read the questions underneath until you write the names of all 21 people.

1. Halley
2. Loree
3. Lawrie
4. Chris
5. Lewis
6. Dobson
7. Alleah
8. Geoff
9. Amber
10. Rose
11. Gregiore
12. Alana
13. Foo
14. Kaitlyn
15. Xtreme Joe
16. Leanne
17. Lauren
18. Sheena
19. Farm
20. Gareth
21. Katrina

Q: How did you meet 14? At Alleah's party, I believe the St. Patricks one. I started talking to her about video games and we talked for a good couple hours in the wee hours of the morn.

Q: What would you have to do to see 10? Either Log onto MSN or send a message via phone. And after that I'll see in like 30 minutes. So It's easy for me to see her whenever.

Q: What would you do if 20 and 9 dated? I wouldn't do anything. I would sit back and watch. I think that would be a kind of odd set up. Though I don't think they even know each other.

Q: Would 21 and 12 make a good couple? Hahah, I laugh at this question, I sure they might fool around, I wouldn't put it past Katrina, but unsure about Alana. But no it would never happen.

Q: Describe 6: I havn't an Idea how to describe people. Uhh he's tall ish, and is now Gyming to become bigger. He's a lightweight, my climbing buddy, and one of my best friends.

Q: Do you think 19 is attractive? I think not. He's more of a moron then anything else. I don't think people with his personality are they attractive. It's what I get for looking under the skin.

Q: Tell me something humiliating about 17: We once gave her coffee after coffee until she was like a bumblebee. Buzzing around everywhere. Maybe a hummingbird would be a better desription, but one of those things that you'd have to be there to make it humiliating.

Q: Do you know any of 4's family members? He's been like my best friend since gr 9. I think I'm one of the few people that his mom doens't hate. and I work for his Step dad. So I obviously have no idea about his family.

Q: When's the last time you talked to 13? Honestly, I have no idea. I think when I got him and Cam to climb schools.

Q: What is 2's favorite band? I havn't no idea. She lives halfway accross the country to I don't listen to the music that she plays. I'm sure I'll figure it out when I get the chance to visit her.

Q: Would you ever date 5? Nope. Not gay in the slightest, so I don't think I would ever.

Q: Is 11 single? I think he is. But I don't know too much about his personal life. But I think not. but who knows. well I'm sure he knows.

Q: Would you ever want to be in a serious relationship with 16? I sure hope not. and I'm sure I'd be hunted down if I did. Can't take xtreme Joe's girlfriend away from him, and I think i'd just end up killing her so I'd say no.

Q: Where does 15 live? He just recently moved. I think he was in a place near country club but I can't remember. Havn't been there at all.

Q: Are number 7 & 8 best friends? Well whenever I see Geoff I see Alleah too. So I assume that they are good friends, don't think best friends though. But good friends.

Q: Do you like 1? Absolutely. She's one of my favorite people. Always so upbeat. We've been friends for such a long time too. I'd be nice to live in the same city though.

Q: Thoughts on 3? Big part of my life just gone. I'm glad that she's found someone else. I am kinda glad that she's back in Toronto where she's got family to help take care of her. I think this might be the first time just being friends will actually work. But thats as much as we'll ever be again.

Q. Did you ever have a crush on 18 (Changed from #5 cause there are two 5's and no 18's): No, She's kinda cool and fun to hang out with, but I don't think I could picture myself dating her at all, and I've never really felt that way.

Q. Do you think 13 is attractive? Appearently he's gained like 20 lbs and weighs like 20 more then i do. And he's got a penis. I generally don't find people with Penis (Plural) attractive.

Q. What's 21's favorite colour? I think Green

Q. What would you do if 19 just confessed they liked you? Laugh at him and Ask if he's on drugs

Q. What language does 20 speak? Just English and A tad of Jap cause I took it with him.

Q. Who is 15 going out with? Xtreme Leanne.

Q. Would you ever date 7? I would. Now this is a little weird cause she said pretty much that same thing on Hers. I would have to get to know her more, and I'd have to be not going out with anyone else. So as the past: I sure would've; as of now: No cause I"m with my Rosie:D; In the future: Who knows, only time could tell.

Q. Would you ever date 1? If we lived in the same city something might've happened, I had a big crush on her for a long time, but now I'm glad we're just great friends. But again, in the future: Who knows, only time could tell.

Q. Do you hate 21? Not at all, she caused some controvery between Chris and Lewis, but that seems to be over now, so there is no hard feelings.

Q. What is 9's last name? Ahh Crap. I'm horrible with names. She's told me at least twice but I can't remember, I'm sure I'm going to hear all about this. But if I was told her last name I could recognize it.

Q. Would you ever want to be in a serious relationship with 2? First she's have to have graduated from school. Second We'd have to live in the same city, (not to mention same province). but I had wanted to at some point but that was another crush.

Q. What school does 3 go to? She just got accepted into a school, but I can't recall the name. I'm bad with names.

Well there now thats done. That killed some time while I watched the Replacements and just waiting around for Rosie to be done her playish type thing. I just got an e-mail too saying that some of the swords and stuff I ordered on Ebay are being sent, so excellent. Soon I may be getting arrested for walking around with a sword in public, but hopefully I'll have restraint. I've been working soo much at the theater right now, actually getting full time so I've cut back on my glass work job. But I pretty much have my days free. So if anyone is bored during the days, and feel like hanging out let me know. it'll probably be better then me just playing Warcraft 3 and Neverwinter nights during the days. lol, I'm so lame. Oh well, tata For now everyone.

Absolute Torture

I can't remember the last time I was so worried about someone. I'm sitting in my room right now on the verge of tears cause I just found out this afternoon that my grandma got into a car accident last night. She had her brakes repaired and I guess they fucked something up, so as she was going down Boundary Road in Vancouver (For those of you who don't know, it's a very busy road) her brakes failed, she hit 4 cars before crashing into a telephone pole and the pole falling on top of her car. It's torture right now. My dad's over in Vancouver to find out about her, and he's supposed to call. But there hasn't been a call as of yet. I don't know weither thats good news or bad news. When I woke up this morning there was a note of the counter about what had happened as far as my parents knew. So she's got a broken ankle, and a broken neck and 8 broken ribs. She's in surgery right now.
Please let her be alright.

Update: She made it through Surgery alright. She'll probably be in the hospital another week. But she's doing alright, well as far as being alive goes. My uncle is working on what we shall be doing about the company that fixed her brakes, but in the mean time I'm glad that she's still alive.
Side note also, this makes more sense, the pole that she crashed into fell down after the E.M.T.'s got her out of the car. So they got there in time or else the pole would've just squished her.

I am the selling Master

So yesterday at work (Galaxy) was the day that I had challenged Ang to a extra butter contest. It's just to see who can sell the most extra butters which isn't all to hard in itself. And now I'm all proud cause I beat her 30-21. She's pretty much regarded as the best concession person, and me, never being in concession, beat her. I have Uber selling skills. The management also challenged me to sell a bunch of giftcertificates on Tuesday. They wanted me to sell like 300 dollars worth, and they didn't think anyone could do it. I showed them, I sold 570 dollars worth to people. Most of them didn't even want the gift certificates yet I goaded them into buying them. So thats what happens when you believe you've got high charisma and you are the son of a salesman. Enough about work though, time to write about the party.
I got off work at 5:30 instead of 6:30 yesterday so I had some extra time to get something to eat, and get ready before I went to go pick Amber up from Qualicum. the drive out there was lots of fun cause I remembered I left my cd player under the seat in my car. So ROCK OUT to qualicum. When I got to Amber's house, she of course, wasn't ready yet. So I talked to her Aunt for a little while. They kinda scare me cause they are rediculiously nice. I wasn't there for long though and we headed back into town to arrive at Barb's and Brianna's moving out party. Amber had much fun in the car using my phone to text message Rose. Now it seems she wants a phone to text message people even more. When we got to woodgrove, I gave Dobson a call and swung by his place. He was also compelled to be used for his age, which stucks cause I'm soo close to being 19. I decided also that I'm going to be trying different types of alcohol now so I can fully appreciate each. So I got him to pick me up some Rye which is fairly good in Coke, but didn't get to try it straight cause I had to drive so not much drinking.
So we arrive at the party, and they kinda wait until we are inside and comfortable before they decide to go outside. Good fun outside with Cameras. I completely forgot my camera so I'm going to have to find out where Barb lives and steal some of the pictures that were taken. After some time Tim calls me outside to do an errard. Appearently we needed cups, so we travel about looking for a store before we just decide to go to Subway and get cups. Kevin bought me a cookie, and that was a good cookie. So after Subway we decided to go to what ever elementary school that one like 2nd and Howard, and scale it. took a little while before we figure out the best way, but Kevin and I did it. Tim however wasn't able to, though it wasn't because he can't, but it was an akward angle and the roof overhang left maybe 2 feet to get on. So I don't even think he would've fit, and if he would have, it must not have been comfortable. With that being done, we return to the party so find everyone playing pictionary. I felt awesome, I walked in a saw the picture barb was drawing and I got the answer. Generally I stink at pictionary. Both the drawing part and the guesssing party. I helped make a Goosebumps puzzle too, which was awesome. I *heart* puzzles. Is it bad that most of the games I like and the kinds that make you think and try to learn and understand patterns. Its like Math. I also got challenge by Tim to a wrestling match. Which was so much fun, it's been a long time since I wrestled someone. Tim kept trying to just grab my leg to knock me down but I wasn't going to have any of it. took a while before something happened, but I got Tim to lean forward to I did my third favorite Judo move to him. It's called Tomo Nage. I'm sure almost everyone has seen it before, Cpt. Kurt does it all the time in the star trek series. But it's where I fall on my back when they a leaning forward and I put my foot until his stomache and I throw him straight over my head. That was pretty much it, once I got him on the ground I quickly pinned him with Monekatami. Ah the greatness of Japanese names. They kick ass. there was so much physical activity for me. just before we all got kicked out, I decided that I was going to carry Rose all the way to the 7-11, I didn't judge the distance very well, but I did it. After we returned to Barb's, Dobson, Cora, Rose, Amber, Geoff and myself all went to the water front to hang out for a little while. It was quite nice. After a while I just had so much energy that I was running and rolling all, over the place. It could almost be discribed as giving a 5 year old a whole ton of sugar and setting them free in a park. And I must give Geoff a High five! He offered to give Amber a ride home which was very kinda of him, and that also ment that I didn't have to drive to Qualicum again, so it worked out quite well. Good Work Geoff. Except I must also say bad job Geoff. When we were driving back from the water front he randomally pulled into the Terminal park parking lot and did a quick u-turn. He probably would've hit us or come close to it if I didn't swerve out of the way. But it was a good night, didn't even get home until 3am. Woot... Woot indeed

the plan was a total sucess

It looks as if I'm back in a glass case of emotion, however I'm glad that this is because of my choice not because I'm trapped. Today has been one of the better days in a while. Started off with being Woken up by Lewis, which isn't really that good but it was 12 o'clock so I can't be angry at him. So I hung out with him for a good while, I finished phase three of my plan, oh which I cannot mention right now, but thankfully if your reading this or hearing of it, it doesn't involve you. I started feeling a little ill around 4:30 ish, so I decided to go home and rest up a bit. I figure it was due to allergies. So I relaxed a bit around the house, I picked up some pop for my parents so now they can't be angry that I drink lots of theirs. And I finally got "Chainfire" the latest book of my favorite series, The sword of truth. I went to Coles first of all and they didn't have it, so I went to Chapters and they didn't have it either but it said that Coles had three copies, so later on I went back to Coles and they didn't have it, so I was like DoubleYouTeeEf but then they found it in the stockroom so finally. So then tonight I went bowling with Rose, I just had a huge craving to go Bowling. But the bowling wasn't the good part, the entire evening with Rose was awesome. once again because of it, I'm in an absolutely good mood and I just feel so good. So also to let you all know, Rose and I started going out earlier this week! WOOHOO!
